Aqua-sporting is suitable for nearly every person over the age of 16, irrespective of swimming ability or general fitness. Risk of injury or muscular pain is limited, as joints, muscles and sinews are under a reduced load in the water. Meanwhile, lots of calories are burned up due to constant use of many muscles against the resistance of the water. A swimming-diploma is not compulsory; those who are not in the possession of a diploma stay at the shallow end of the pool.
Do you feel like moving in the water to music? Under the supervision of a qualified coach, you perform like a dancer to the beat of the music. Exercises include warming up, muscle-building, condition enhancement and stretching.
This is a course for the aqua-sportsman or woman, who wants to exercise extensively. Aqua-move is a combination of aqua-aerobics and aqua-jogging. Exercises are held in both deep and shallow water, by which the music has a supporting function.
Aqua-jogging is a form of under-water-walking, by which a wet-belt holds one straight up in the water. Next to walking exercises there are specific exercises for legs, arms and body. The abdominal muscles are also being trained. Forty-five minutes of aqua-jogging equals ninety minutes of exercising on ashore.
Aqua-balance embraces the arts and disciplines of Yoga, Tai Chi, Ai, Watsu, Qigong, visualization and relaxation. The main principle is the conscious movement to the rhythm of your breathing. Standing, walking, floating and moving starts from the basic posture of Tai Chi. Optimal use is made of the enhancing properties of the warm water. The movements are carried out in a slow, fluent and concentrated manner. Aqua-balance teaches you how to find a balance through breathing exercises and meditation.
Aqua-balance is given as a complete course and can not be attended in single sessions.
BBB is a training to enhance the body-muscles and forming of the buttocks, stomach and legs. These are the usual body-parts where fat is stored, especially in women. A BBB-training strengthens and tightens the muscles in these body-parts.

Introduction lessons are available for the first two weeks, at the start of each quarter of the year. These are single lessons at € 5,50 each. If you like the lesson, a subscription of your choice is available.

At the end of each quarter, aqua-sportsmen or women can extend their subscription during the week of the last lesson. If you fail to do so, the subscription expires automatically. If, nonetheless, you wish to participate, you can buy a ticket for a single lesson (excepting Aqua-balance).
