Parent and child sessions

For the little water-rats from 6 months to 4 years old, there are special "parent and child" swimming sessions.
In a playful way, children are taught various reflexes and trained how to react to water pressure, resistance and currents. They sing songs and play games to make them familiar with the water as they go along. The lessons last 30 minutes.

A full period of lessons lasts 9 months, after which a diploma will be awarded. A diploma may also be issued, even if you only participated for 3 months.

Starfish Gold

There is only the possibility to partaken with the Starfish Gold, unless you have completed a minimum of 1 quarter Starfish Silver.              

Orca's

After a child has obtained his or her Starfish Gold diploma (obtained during an unbroken cycle of 3 quarters) and has reached the age of 4 years, it is admitted to the Orca group. In this group, children are made ready to train for their A, B or C swimming diploma. New entrants who haven't followed the Starfish Silver parent-and-child sessions cannot be admitted to the Orca group and are placed on the waiting-list to obtain their A, B or C diploma.

Introduction lessons and new subscriptions

At the beginning of the season, parents and their children may follow introduction swimming lessons. Single session tickets can be purchased for admittance to these lessons. A subscription may be purchased if you liked the lesson(s). One cannot participate with single lessons, once a quarter is well on its way.

Taking the swimming-test and renewal of subscriptions
Final swimming-tests are taken during the last lesson at the end of each quarter. Subscriptions can also be renewed during this week. If current subscriptions are not extended in time, they will automatically expire.

Parent and child sessions 3-months limited season ticket € 55,00*
Parent and child session one time € 5,50
One parent extra (not with gold) € 3,80 

*Costs are without  €15,00 deposit for the bracelet. 
 Discount is possible with a valid City-pass.
