Stroke-correction

Stroke-correction is in continuation of the lessons for diploma's A, B or C. The lessons focus on the improvement of the free style and back stroke. Special attention is given to the training of leg- and arm techniques in combination with breathing exercises. The lesson lasts 45 minutes and admission is from the age of 16.

Stroke training is available on the following days and times: 

Saturday 15.00 - 15.45
