Upstream Amsterdam
Upstream Amsterdam is a gay swimming club with 120 members. They participate in national and international swimming tournaments and they organise their own tournament once a year. They also have a male synchronous swimming team. One's own swimming techniques and condition training are the central focus during training sessions. Other activities - not connected with swimming - such as the New Years get-together and annual bar-b-q contribute to the club's sociability.
