Zwem u slanker (Swim to Slim)
Becoming slimmer through swimming is a continuing exercise and weight-loss course for overweight people
under the supervision of diëtist Gea Fegel. Every Thursday there are aqua-fitness and jogging sessions. The water exercises are directed to enhance one's metabolism (loss of calories), strengthening the muscles and improve overall condition. Advice on diet and food is part of the programme.
