Additional information regarding swimming lessons for children

For a child to be able to swim in a swimming bath nowadays, requires more skills than a few years ago. A typical example is today's modern wave bath. The current A-diploma is comparable to the C-diploma of yesteryear.

It takes on average eighty lessons of forty minutes each to obtain the A-diploma. With two lessons a week, it will take approximately one year for a child to obtain the A-diploma. It then continues automatically with obtaining the B and C diploma's. The step towards obtaining the B-diploma is relatively short, it takes about three months. If a child shows no further interest to continue, the parents can cancel the arrangement.
