Sento Spa and Health Club

The luxurious Sento Spa and Health Club is on the first floor of the Marnix.

The Health Club has the latest and advanced fitness equipment. All cardio-equipment is fitted out with a heartbeat-reader and a cable-television screen. Our instructors are present seven days a week to assist you with your training programme. Physiotherapists are also on hand to attend to or prevent physical symptoms. After a careful diagnose, the physiotherapist may give some medical advice and draw up a training programme according to your individual needs. The fitness room has air-conditioning and atmospheric lighting. At any one time you will be able to dive into the swimming-pool. Members can make unlimited use of all facilities, such as: sauna, whirlpool, rain showers, cold showers, relax-zone, and a roof-terrace with panoramic views across the old city.
During each visit, a towel and bathrobe are readily available in the dressing-room. Sento members may enjoy a healthy breakfast, free of charge, till 10.30 a.m., seven days a week. The breakfast consists of yoghurt, muesli, fruit, coffee or herb-tea. In the Spa, herb-tea and mineral water are available to ensure a proper moisture balance.

The Spa offers a number of wonderful pampering arrangements. There is the sauna, the whirlpool, rain-showers, cold showers and a relax-zone. One can also relax on the roof-terrace with its panoramic views across the old city. Individual treatments are available in the beauty-saloon, where they offer facial treatments, body treatments, manicure, pedicure and various wax-treatments. In the massage parlour they offer eight different types of massage. Throughout the week, you can also purchase a day-admission-ticket for the sauna.
